Podcasts are popular amongst Generation Z

Podcasts’ popularity is on the rise in Switzerland. The new figures from the MACH Strategy intermedia study show that young adults from Generation Z (aged 14 to 29), in particular, enjoy using this information and entertainment medium on a regular basis – which also opens up opportunities for the advertising industry.
The MACH Strategy aims to cover all relevant media genres in the analogue and digital sectors; it has included podcasts as a media category since last year.
