WEMF calculates the advertising expenditure in Switzerland on behalf of the Stiftung Werbestatistik Schweiz. Once a year, WEMF determines which revenues can be collected with sufficient reliability from media providers. The statistics on net advertising expenditure are compiled every year according to the same rules. Thus, the results are comparable with those of the previous year. This data is therefore often used for analysis and strategic planning.
